I was tiold by HP support that my P2035 printer was obsolete and I needed to purchase a new one. I did, My company tech support worked on connecting it for over 2 hours, they referred back to HP support, they worked on it for 2 hours and was not able to connect it either. Was told they would replace within a day. Wrong Wrong Wrong had to mail back and they said would probably be 5 to 7 days, I asked for a refund. This is third M404 I purchased and everyone has been a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The M404dn is a great printer and I've put them in several of my customer's offices. I also use them in my own office. I was very disappointed that the network interface on this one was dead on arrival, however due to the customer's limited needs and in an effort to save time, trouble, and hassle for the customer, I used the USB port with a long active USB cable.
