Since i already have a hp home computer & my printer of 11 years was not longer working, i purchased a hp printer. I was impressed with the technical staff who helped me get the printer in place & working. The lady was very patient in assisting me .I have had the printer less than a week & i love it thus far.
Works Well! Although it makes way to much noise!! It has an alarm that goes off every time yo print something, so in a small office space it is very, very annoying!!!
Was very easy to get programmed into both laptops, unlike years ago when this was a bit of a project for my previous 842C HP printer. I was amazed at speed of printing. Also the double side feature...was not aware until paper went running back in to do that. Whoa I thought... nice. The size is good for where I do this on table in kitchen nook. Not taking up a lot of room. I been taught by video how to change the toner cartridge. Took a look and seems easy enough for me. All in all great..wish I had done color too but for now this is great to work on my book. I need reliable, so I can print, edit, print, etc. The price was very fair I feel.
I bought this so I could print out docs that I would have printed at my office, but I’m home. Inexpensive, easy to set up and use. System automatically downloaded the software. Just what I needed. Yay
