[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a M401n in 2012. Worked until paper jam. M402n 3/30/17. Another paper jam. M404dw 8/6/19. Hope it will last. I only use HP paper. My advice. Do not buy refill cartridges until one in use is done. We got stuck with new cartridges. Judi

With the recent Win10 updates and EOL requirements, I had to choose a new printer, and this was the best pricepoint. The old ones were reliable work horses and in the 3 months we have had this one. It works perfect. Set up was instantaneous, using the cord supplied. I can print to it from anywhere anytime with any of my devices. It is FAST. Only regret is we should have purchased sooner. We will be buying more.
