We purchased 4 additional M404n printers to be connected to our workstations via USB cables. The initial setup was straightforward but we are experiencing print driver issues for Windows 10. HP support has directed me to update our firmware which requires the printer to be connected to your network and to use their Universal Drivers PCL6.
