repetitive just got a new meaning

Well, the term "repetitive" just got a new meaning... Bought this set a month ago, didn't read any reviews. After completing the first 2 bags, I got the feeling that I built the same piece around 30 times. I don't get bored easily, but with this set lego nearly succeeded to give me a bore-out. I am starting to doubt if I will continue the build, as it does not give any satisfaction in building for the moment. Another point, is that the set is very fragile, and I would strongly advise to build the set on top of a hard underground which you can move around (big wooden plank or so). If not, you will not be able to move the set once it has been built.And then there's the price tag attached to this set... It takes a big bite out of the budget, and I don't get the impression that this set gives me value for money. I can only hope if I complete this set with motorisation, that it will give some satisfaction looking at the carts going round the track

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear that you're not enjoying your LEGO® Roller Coaster so far. While the supports may feel repetitive, they're what allows the rest of the roller coaster to come to life as you continue throughout the build. I'm sure that once you've got your coaster up and running, you'll be just as thrilled with it as your minifigures are.

So frustrated!

The roller coaster tracks do not stay together and the cars often get stuck. We have rechecked every connection and rebuilt sections as suggested by Lego. Nothing works.
There were also several missing pieces. Luckily we have many sets of Legos and were able to find replacements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. It’s very rare for a LEGO® set to be missing pieces. Usually you’ll find them stuck in the packaging, used in place of a similar piece, or hiding somewhere near your building area.

It’s huge

Set is huge. Disappointed there is no m motor and battery case included for the price. Other wise great set. It’s huge.

This is an amazing set to build with a great experience also after you build it, because with some sets you can’t move it or play with it, but this set is interactive and you can modify it using the LEGO power tools set. Overall, this is an awesome set and the only thing I don’t like about it is the price. All LEGO is over priced in my opinion and I think it could be cheaper but it probably is worth the money. I love it!

This set was very fun to put together with the right amount of challenge and watching the rollercoaster go around is mesmerizing. There are some extremely repetitive steps but the rest was extremely fun.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good set but a challenge

This set is one that is a good set to put together. I found putting the chain in the coaster a challenge. I also had to get some of the pieces that were missing replaced. At first when adding the battery there is a little glitch in the car when going up the incline. This worked its way out. Overall happy with the new addition to my collection.
