Needs a better stand

Hours of fun and an awesome outcome, however, the stand is very wobbly for such a large piece. You can hardly touch the ship without the base almost buckling. Also, the larger pieces were warped. I've never seen this on a LEGO set before, which made it very difficult to get the larger main pieces together. (they would pop apart due the the large panel pieces not being completely flat) Might be part of the problem with the stability, not sure. Very large, very delicate, but gorgeous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Lego Set

took me about 28 hours total, 6 hours each time i worked on it. For the size i do think its worth the price but at the same time not worth the price since it can be done within a day if u have the time but can expand on weeks to months

Missing many bags of required parts

This set was purchased as a Christmas gift. When our son opened Christmas morning it was missing all of bags 1 and 2. We were not able to determine from directions how many of each bag were required and due to the starter bags missing our son was not able to start building Christmas Morning. If you buy as a gift make sure and open ahead of time to check as Legos QA component I. Manufacturing has failed miserably to ensure complete sets are shipped

Oh no, that shouldn't be happening! Did you check all 4 inner boxes? Do you have any duplicate bags?

Worth the money

Beautiful set and more accurate than the old version. Massive model, larger than about any other lego set over all. Proce per piece does not matter!! Weight and size matter more and in that regard its about equal to the falcon in value.

Massive Starship

The Imperial Star Destroyer is a very large build with excellent detail in several areas, mainly in the bridge and engine areas, and a fun, small Tantive IV.
It is too large for play - not that this set was designed for play - but makes a very impressive display if one has a large enough space for it.
As always, UCS sets are very expensive.

Amazing Set

This is a set you really just have to see in person. I knew it would be big; I did the measurements to make sure I had the space. But it didn't really set in until I had completed the frame. The sheer scale and detail of this set are truly something to behold.
If you have the money (and space), I definitely think this set is worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!
