Missing many bags of required parts

This set was purchased as a Christmas gift. When our son opened Christmas morning it was missing all of bags 1 and 2. We were not able to determine from directions how many of each bag were required and due to the starter bags missing our son was not able to start building Christmas Morning. If you buy as a gift make sure and open ahead of time to check as Legos QA component I. Manufacturing has failed miserably to ensure complete sets are shipped

Oh no, that shouldn't be happening! Did you check all 4 inner boxes? Do you have any duplicate bags?
If you're certain they're missing, please get in touch with our customer service team at LEGO.build/Service-BV. We'd recommend preparing a list of present bag numbers including amounts. That way we can easily determine what you may need.

Worth the money

Beautiful set and more accurate than the old version. Massive model, larger than about any other lego set over all. Proce per piece does not matter!! Weight and size matter more and in that regard its about equal to the falcon in value.

Best Lego set ever.

This is the single most amazing Lego set I have seen. The tantive IV is a nice touch and adds a lot. No details were missed on this one and is about four feet long. Had some trouble snapping on the panels but other than that it’s amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely wonderful build

This was my first UCS build and I couldn't be more pleased. The build process was a great journey and I would do it again given the opportunity. The only downside I have with the build is it feels risky picking it up and moving it if I need too. Other than that, the looks of the star destroyer are phenomenal and it's an excellent display piece.

Get it while you can!

Seriously amazing set. If you like the star destroyer, buy this before it retires. If you want a UCS set but you’re not a fan of the ship, go for something else. It is an intermediate level build, but lengthy. It’s presence is just epic, and any Star Wars fan will go crazy if they see it in person. I made a couple small detail modifications to mine :)

the set is so fragile, but it looks cool and is kind of fun to build, if you get the set it’ll take a while and you really need to have patience with how these parts fit together

I absolutely love this set. I got this set for Christmas a while back, and this is what got me back into Lego. I had watched so many videos and watched so many reviews on what made this set worth it for people and I just had to pick it up. This reignited my spark and it made me absolutely love lego again. This set is retired so there is not an easy way to get this, but if you can for a relatively good price, pick it up.
