Very lovely

This was a joy to build with my 10 year old son. It took less than two days. We started it when he got it then my son was up long before us the morning to keep working on it. We loved the wonderful details and thoughtfulness. We always laugh about the missing bathrooms, etc. My son even loves to move the houses parts around to make new configurations. Really appreciate how we can keep adding to it with other sets. I grew up with Lego and love sharing the tradition with my son and to see how Lego has grown too!

Fall Fun

I really enjoyed building this set. The fall accents are delightful (my kids are hoping they'll do more seasons in the city now). There are so many fun details and personality to this set, which is why we like building legos, the discoveries as you build are so fun. Would recommend, I didn't time the hours it took us to build but we purchased on a Friday and it was done by Sunday afternoon with intermittent building throughout the weekend.Regarding other reviews, there is only one "book" but the book store has 3 bookshelves full of books made out of bricks.

One of my favorite modular sets!!!!

This lego set is by far one of my favorite modular sets. I absolutely love the bright colors of this set, and the tree in the front. Personally I think that the set is very pleasing to the eye and looks amazing on the outside and inside. However, I wish that the bookstore had more books in it, and was a little more detailed on the inside. Other than that I loved this set and would recommend it to anyone.

Really well done Lego, even though it may not be as good as the diner, it's still easily one of the best sets, creating a very happy mood with its beautiful looks and old fashioned city feel. I would highly suggest that you just build slow, put on some relaxing music, and build this set and enjoy the moment.

This LEGO set is sure to be astounding to both builders and spectators alike. The colors pop between the book store and the modern town home next door. Inside each, you will find stunning details throughout top to bottom. This is a great opportunity to embark on unique building styles while exploring new ideas.

My first modular build

I just finished this build and I was impressed by how much detail and design went into each room of the two buildings and the beautiful exterior. It looks great, I’m excited to start a collection of these and am looking forward to the next building.

I fell in love with the design at first sight and ordered immediately. It is beautiful from outside . Yes interior has less features compared to some other sets but that is not an issue for me. It sits next to Parisian restaurant and architecture , color are perfect match.
