What's up with the spare tire?

I love the build. The challenge on the expert sets is great. Even if my fingers hurt after dealing with all the tiny pieces. I have one problem though. What keeps the spare tire in place. I have read and re-read the instructions and I must be missing something obvious. The spare tire just fall right through. What did I miss?

We'd recommend checking step 93 as that should be the buffer to keep the tire in place. If you think something isn't right, you can always reach out to our experts for more help at LEGO.build/Service-BV.

This small set features a detailed interior and a very nice use of the different slopes and techniques. Great build.

I bought this set as a first time build that was a bit more challenging for my kids and I to try together on a vacation. This was absolutely perfect as it was not too large but was challenging enough for us. It was very fun to build and we all enjoyed working together on it the final product came out great. It did seem a bit flimsy to carry once built and we did have to rebuild a few parts and sone of it came apart while putting it on shelf so I can’t really say much as to the durability of it as this is my first set of this nature. Didn’t have any prob with discoloration but there was one scratch on the windshield which doesn’t really bother me. We had a blast building it and that is what I wanted from it so would def recommend.

First Lego Build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift from friends. I had never built a Lego project before. I'm glad it was Expert level because it was a terrific challenge and a lot of fun. The details of the vehicle are extensive. The piece colors were very even. I am hooked and can't wait to build another one.

I love this set! The build was frustrating at times due to the small pieces but it ultimately ended up being incredibly worth it. The finished set is beautiful and fun to show others due to the interactive attributes
