Fun set to build questionable brick color quality

I built this set today and it was certainly fun but the inconsistent colors of the bricks was a real letdown. In fact, I was more disappointed with the color inconsistency than I was pleased with the build or the final product. The yellow color is such a fun and cheerful color that it's just a shame the bricks are so many different shades.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Another Great Creator Car

I love the Creator car series, the level of detail is always incredible. This Fiat is no exception.The pale yellow color is outstanding! By far my favorite color they have came out with for the Creator car series.
One minor issue I found was that the sloped pieces that line the tops of the doors are slightly see-though due to the light color. The darker color bricks behind them are visible through the light yellow. I wish they had chosen lighter colored bricks to put behind these so that they did not show through.
All in all, fantastic model and a fair price comparable to the previous Creator car series.

Fun and Cheaper Lego Creator Expert

This is a very satisfying set to build. The major complaint with this kit is the mismatching shades of yellow on some of the pieces. Do not let this problem stop you from buying the set. I minimized the impact of this by placing the miscolored pieces so they were symmetrical around the body of the vehicle making it harder to notice.
This problem was likely caused by lower quality control since this color is rarely used in the Lego universe. The community should let this one slide as long as Lego minimizes similar problems in the future.

Unique Car Build

I’ve never been into Fiat cars, but I thought that this Fiat set would go well with my original red VW bus and Mini Cooper builds. Compared to other detailed vehicle sets, I thought that this set was reasonably priced, I also liked how it was a tad smaller than most of the detailed vehicles. I had fun with a lot of the unique building techniques, especially how the quarter panel (wheel-well) areas were built so the car looks tapered. I really dig the yellow too. I like the UK baby blue look better, but am always down for building with new or rare colors. The only complaint I have is that the yellow bricks are just ever so slightly transparent. For example, if the more thin yellow bricks are built over black pieces, then you can notice that a darker brick is underneath the yellow. I’ve never seen that with Lego… even with colors that are just as light. That complaint is somewhat related to some of the concerns I’ve seen in the reviews. Some people complain about the yellow becoming discolored and faded. I’ve had bricks become discolored, but they are bricks I’ve had for close to 20 years. Anyway, seems as if you keep it out of the sun, then all will be good. But yeah, this set is perfect for those wanting to get into detailed vehicle builds, or for those who want to pick up a cheaper yet detailed build.

Best LEGO set I’ve ever had

Awesome LEGO set and I really recommend it. Awesome for display and playability. The only problem I have with it is the doors open all the way to the fenders, and some of the parts under the yellow pieces show through it. The motor looks cool, there’s a lot of cool pieces, and the interior is nice and shiny. But I definitely recommend this set.

this was a really great build! many parts of the car are interactive. the car hood, trunk, doors, and even sunroof open! you can adjust the steering wheel and the front car seats! you can even store (small) items in the suit case.
