Poor rinse cycle

The dishwasher works OK, but the rinse cyle must be defective. Soap suds are at the bottom of the dishwasher and also on the door and inside glassware. I use Cascade as recommended and also the rinse agent. What do I do? Please respond.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is quiet and energy efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the appliance for about 3 weeks. It is quiet and does a good job of cleaning the dishes.
One little problem was that the door leaked sometimes. However, the service man indicated that, at times, if you put upword pressure on the door, it could become un-sealed. After having him adjust the door, everythiing is fine.
I don't mind the 3 hour wash time once we got used to it.
Drying time depends on the temperature of your water. Shold be at least 110 degrees F.
I would definitely recommend this appliance to others

Great dishwasher

So Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher to replace an older GE model that suffered a mechanical failure. GE was super to deal with throughout the entire process. This model cleans very well and is very quiet. The stainless steel surface in the inner door liner is a great feature and stays clean. The dark gray plastic tub looks nice and does not show stains. The flatware racks hang from the front of the upper and lower racks and were a bit awkward at first, but worked out well once we became accustomed to them. The only features we miss from our previous model are the fold down tines on the lower rack and the sturdier fold down side shelves on the upper racks for smaller items. The only downside is the stainless stell outer door panel is a bit flimsy. Be careful when cleaning so as not to dent it. Overall this has been a great product so far. We really like it and are happy with our selection.

Great features and very quiet

Bought it a few weeks ago to replace a Bosch. It has more features and is allot quieter than our previous dishwasher. It looks beautiful in our recently renovated kitchen!
