I am very happy with water filter pitcher. I wanted a glass container. This one is elegant and VERY easy to fill.

Pitcher Problem
on February 19, 2024

I am disappointed that the pitcher really only holds about 1 c of filtered water, not 7 as the promo states.

Glad to have a glass pitcher

I am so glad to have a glass pitcher, but I wish it wasn’t so heavy and that it filtered faster. The answer may be that for the pitcher to be sturdy the glass has to be that thick and to filter out all the bad stuff takes time. So be it, it’s better than having plastic in my water.

Beautiful pitcher

While it's aesthetically pleasing, it does take a very long time to fill up. Aside from that, I love it. I love the tast of the water. I love that the filters are truly filters and not just posing as filters :)

I love that this is a glass pitcher and that it holds 7-cups of water. It does take a long time to fill up and filter through.

Do Not Buy - Can't Even Get a Pitcher Not To Leak
on February 24, 2024

The water quality on the filtered water has been great but we've been through two of these and eventually the bottom just starts leaking. We aren't especially aggressive with it or anything. I don't know how to trust a supposedly high quality filter if you can't get a pitcher not to leak.

Glass seven cup pitcher
on February 25, 2024

For anyone reading this, be aware when you first use and do initial fill up, ours took two hours to "prime" . Now, we use it every single day. It fills much faster. My first reaction when it took two hours was the company should put in its directions be aware this is normal and will get better the more you use it. The taste of the water is much better than our filtered refrigerator water. I picked the glass because over time plastic might crack but if you are elderly and can't lift the weight, get the plastic . Also, even though pictures are provided on how to open the top and bottom parts, be aware it is not hard, but not easy. Once you know, it is a piece of cake. Lastly, buying a ten cup pitcher won't fit in your refrigerator. The picture is misleading . Hope this helps.
