Quality not what it was

I’ve been buying for myself and my family and telling my friends about lifestraw for a few years now, not just for the mission but also the actual filter product which is clearly superior to other filters. We have bought 2 glass and multiple plastic. I avoid buying plastic but both glass pitchers broke fairly quickly in the kitchen.
However in the past our plastic pitchers lasted a few years and we replaced because we couldn’t clean them that well after a few years.
So now we have two plastic in our kitchen - one we bought last year on Black Friday and another we bought more recently. Both pitchers are leaking. And not a small leak - we need to keep them in the sink it’s so much water. It’s a real bummer.
I really want this company to be successful but you need to figure out why the newer pitchers are leaking. It seems to be from the bottom but we can’t really tell.

Needs new pitcher design

The value it can hold on the filter reservoir is much much smaller than the actual pitcher. It also mold extremely fast within the silicon and on the stop of the inside of the flap.

The best investment in my health!

I honestly regret not buying this filter pitcher earlier. It is such a game changer! It is very handy and easy to use, it looks pretty and makes my water tasty and most importantly safe to drink. I no longer use bottled water, which means less microplastic is entering my body. I’m really happy with this pitcher! It’s worth every penny!

We love this pitcher, we love that it is glass and the design is great. You can fill the reservoir and then almost immediately pour water from the pitcher because the design prevents the currently filtering water from pouring out of the top which is something that bugs me about other pitcher designs. My only complaint is that the reservoir is small and it takes a while to filter the water so to fill up the pitcher you have to fill the reservoir like 4 times which means you have to come by every 15 min or so and refill the reservoir. Being able to pour more unfiltered water in to start with would be a nice improvement
