Filters extremely slow

The water tastes very clean, but the filtering time is unbearable. I thought it would get better after a few weeks but it still takes about an hour to filter. It’s a little inconvenient if you drink a lot of water

Great Pitcher with Pleasing Design

It's a great pitcher and absolutely no complaints about water taste! I love the way it looks and appreciate the lid that lets water go in but not come out. It's not super easy to pour with one hand (probably just because it's tall and slightly heavier being made of glass) and you can't really fill it all the way up in one go (you have to wait for the water to filter) but neither of these things negatively impact my use.

Beware: Replacement parts not available

I dropped (and shattered) the filter housing before I was able to use the pitcher. The replacement housing is never in stock, so the pitcher is unusable. Be aware when you purchase that replacement parts are not available.

Cracks alongside bottom after 5 months

I was initially really loving my pitcher until about 4-5 months in when I started to notice puddles of water on my counter from the leaking pitcher. After further examination and to my surprise, there were cracks in the plastic alongside the bottom of the rim where the base connects to the cylinder. I contacted customer service but haven’t heard anything back. Super disappointing.

Very slow filtration

Even after two weeks of using it, it still takes too long for the water to filter. Other then that the water tastes good.

Nice product but glass breaks easily

Love how it filters but broke it within two weeks of receiving it. Clumsy on my part. The tall container used thin glass.

Loved it until it started leaking :(

I have had the larger pitcher for about a year and a half now. I loved the pitcher. It holds a decent amount of water and the water tastes great! Unfortunately, my pitcher has cracked on the bottom and is now leaking out of the cracks. I do not have the silicone base so that may help but should be included if cracking is expected after some time. It only stays in my fridge so I expected it to last a little longer.
