And by “it” I mean the price and the bewildering confusion when it doesn’t appear to work for the first day or two. The filter is extremely dense. Extremely. You will think it is never going to allow water to drip through until it does. Patience, grasshopper. Patience. Once water begins to filter through normally, it’s still a bit slower than the big competing brands but the end result is so much better. Really incredibly clean and clear water. You can taste the difference alone or in you coffee or beverage of your choice. I swear even my grumpy cat is drinking more water. I love the glass pitcher and have been raving to friends about it. Yes, it’s heavier than a plastic version but it is so much more snazzy looking and sanitary.

^that’s what me and my roommate call the water in this thing every time we use it. Tastes great, awesome peace of mind, and the flow rate really does speed up after a couple rounds of water. No notes!

Great Pitcher Filter, But No Replacement Parts

I like the pitcher filter a lot, but after having it for a couple years I wanted to replace the housing. It’s never in stock and support just tells you to buy a whole new pitcher. Wish I had bought from a brand that has replacement parts.

It's alright

Could be better, bottom of container has seal which tends to gather dirt and unpossible to clean. Additional over less then a year same area begin to Crack. Agh.

I feel so much more relieved to know that my drinking water, the thing I take in the most everyday, is now safe AND I am not using as much plastic. Love my new filter and pitcher.
