Eh, not impressed

Not as nice as I thought it would have been. Takes FOREVER to filter the water, the little trap door to pour more water to filter is awkward and tiny, the whole pitcher is so large it doesn't really fit in my fridge well, and only one small part lasts a whole year, you still have to buy more filters every 3 months or so... Also I thought I ordered the glass version not plastic, so I'm just disappointed. I'll continue to use it but I should have read more reviews first. I understand it's a supreme filter for clean drinking water but the design is just not that great. Oh well!

My first one cracked but it was quickly replaced. I highly recommend the silicone base protector.

I believe the pitcher has an inherent defect in design. Mine starting cracking at the bottom where its glued to the base. While empty sitting on the counter empty more cracks developed. Customer service was great! I received a whole new pitcher with a cool silicone base cover (not the proper terminology). I have only had the replacement a short time so no idea if this pitcher will crack at the bottom too. It does take forever to fill with water.

Works but makes me angry every time I have to clean it

There’s so many nooks that aren’t accessible or easy to clean and it makes me feel like it just counteracts the filtered water. It made me so frustrated once that I snapped the flap.

I'm trying to eliminate plastic as much as possible & this pitcher is a good start. The design of it is modern❤ & it doesn't take up a lot of room in the fridge. Now, I don't taste chlorination anymore.❤

Very pleased with this glass pitcher

The pitcher is sleek and looks great on the table. The water tastes clean, and I'm thrilled that it is glass. The one bit of warning to share is that it can be heavy when it is full of water. It was a surprise how much heavier it was than a full Britta
