love it! Now I don't have to carry water upstairs anymore. I love the design of the pitcher, and the water tastes great! Definitely would recommend!

Hi Emy! We are so sorry you are not happy with your new LifeStraw Home pitcher. After you install the activated carbon + ion exchange filter, you should see an improvement in taste. I live in Chicago, and this is the best filter I have ever used for better tasting (and probably healthier) water! No joke, my building just sent out a notice that 2 out of 8 tests for Legionella in the water here came back positive. Are you kidding? Glad I’m using a filter

This is a great countertop

This is a great countertop system. My only piece of feedback concerns the initial setup and first filtering of water. It took much longer than described or expected to filter water through the first time. I suggest that this be mentioned in the instructions so that we know we're on the right track in installing and beginning usage.

Great soft cover for glass pitcher

This light grey silicone cover for the glass pitcher is perfect for avoiding any clashes between the glass and our stone countertop. Our family loves our Lifestraw pitcher!

Initially bought the plastic base...MISTAKE!

I bought the Lifestraw 10 cup in Plastic a couple months ago. About a month in the bottom of the base started to crack and leak. I just returned it and am replacing it with the glass base. I love the design. the water tastes really good, and mine filtered really fast.
