Love the water but container leaks

I purchased the water bottle this summer and was so Jaap I decided to buy the water container. Aside from the shape and it not fitting in my refrigerator, the water was great so I simply leave it on the counter. I made ice cubes from the water so that problem was solved. I had been noticing my counter being wet and realized, my pitcher is leaking from the seam. I did not save the inner or outer box so felt there was no way to ship ot back. We have had a Britta water bottle forever and I guess I will just buy a 2nd one. For the price of this one and extra filters I am very disappointed and could not recommend this product.

Like that it is glass not plastic. Definitely get the bumper that attaches to the bottom. Because the handle is so short you have to apply pressure with your fingers when you pour.

I use this filter daily. I even purify bottled water to remove micro-plastics which was my primary motivation for buying this product.

The biggest thing for me is all the real work and science that goes into this product to ensure safe drinking water, which may be an issue of concern in out near future. I love this product so much and highly recommend. The only thing is I wish it had a light or indicator to switch the filter.

Everyday water jug

We dropped plastic bottles from our life a few years ago and this jug is a staple in our household. I intend to buy travel bottles soon. It is an investment if you compare the price to other jugs but the fact that a good amount of your spend goes to providing clean water access to those who have none is well worth it. We plan to use the product well into the foreseeable future for our family. We love it.

Almost like spring water

We’ve tried other portable filtration systems before but this is by far the best one that produces clean tasting water from the tap! We used to buy gallons of spring water because my husband didn’t like the taste from other filters. But after trying LifeStraw he said the tap water almost tastes like spring water! We’ve saved so much since then and the best part- we have reduced the use of plastic containers. Also good to know our purchase helps poor communities have clean drinking water!
