Great quality good tasting water.

Great quality good tasting water. Filters slow but thats expected with this level of filtration. Puts me at ease to know i have fresh water without plastic and parasites.

Poor design

Filter is good, but the design is awful. Too tall, handle is too high up, holds little water, and filter doesn't allow all of the water to filter. Non-filtered water just sits there and then pours out into your cup when using. Pitch grew green from algae growth due to the cross contaminated water.

7cup glass water pitcher

Do not know when I have 7 cups in the pitcher without using a measuring cup. Does the filter need to be covered by water at all times? My last pitcher did.

Cracking on seams

I have purchased three pitchers for myself and children- two of the three have developed cracks on the seams, which cause leaks. They need a silicon cover on the base to protect the seams. I have been pleased with their replacement policy and the water is great when filtered.

I rent a house on a lake in the woods. I have softened well water so I drink bottled water. The Pitcher is the perfect size to fill my drinking thermos. The water also tastes great!

Great product

I love the look. I love how easy it is to refill- the lid design is so clever, you just hold it under the stream of water and a special “flapper” lets water in without you having to take the lid off. The set up instructions were very detailed and there were several steps to that, but once you were all set up, easy going forward. I’m a fan.
