Unfortunately, my pitcher started leaking out the bottom on the second use from multiple hairline splits.

We'd been toying with the idea of getting a pitcher/filter for a while, but most of the ones we looked at did not filter for everything that was of concern to us. The glass, 7 cup pitcher filter is amazingly good. We love the ease of use and the water that we get is tremendously better than our municipal or bottled water. We like the idea of the glass pitcher rather than plastic
