The plastic holder broke, the rubber seal snapped, and the glass is a tiny bit more plastic than advertised.

I was truly heartened to find a filter pitcher in glass. The water tastes fresh, and the pitcher design is modern and table worthy. It is easy to fill, and I especially like the silicone bottom cover, making for a "soft landing" instead of a clatter.

Carafe too tall for fridge shelf

I love my new pitcher and filtration system, but I am disappointed that I can't put it in the fridge where I can keep the water fresh and cold. It's just a tad too tall and there is no shelving configuration that I can use to solve the problem.

This pitcher works great to get chlorine taste out of city water. I got glass one to assure no chemicals; also it looks chic on the counter. And of course I appreciate that the company does good by helping others get potable water.
