Water bottle didn't work from the first try/ worst customer

I bought a lifestraw water bottle over a year ago but never had a chance to use it. Finally I got to use it....I COULDN'T SUCK WATER THRU IT. I tried everything. When I emailed them for a replacement (maybe I got a dud?) They replied that it needed to be within a year BUT the bottle lasts for years??? A COMPANY NOT WILLING TO BACK THEIR PRODUCT??? U LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. I will definitely be telling people about my experience.

Mom saved the day

Boys took the side by side out and only packed beer and no water. It was hot and they drove out further than expected. Thankfully I had a life straw in my hunting bag! They found a stream and used the straw. Mom saves the day and my boys!

Feeling safe!!

Living in florida we have many water sources none i would drink from! This makes me feel much better knowing that in a pinch i can get some fresh safe water! Arrived fast packaged well . Personal straws and a larger one that can hang and produce clean water for cooking or coffee! Love it!

Straw does not work

Purchased two of these personal Life Straws and neither of them work. Cannot such or pull any water through or flush or push any water out. They both appear to be totally clogged. I’ve tried to contact LifeStraw company and can’t get any response from them at all. Beware of this product
