I expected better.

I've had this for a few months now, but I wish I'd just had my old dishwasher repaired. I had to have repair out the first week because my dishes were wet at the end of the cycle. The repairman said that it was my fault because the rinse agent reservoir wasn't completely full at the start of the wash. It had rinse agent in it, but he said that it had to be filled at every load. That's not what the manual said, but ok, I did that. It didn't work. Later I found that the drain hose was kinked under the unit, straightened it and it drained after that, but unfortunately, the dishes don't get very clean. I think they went too far with trying to be energy efficient. You can only repump the used water through the machine so many times before it's ineffective. The bottom line is that I only use my machine for lightly soiled glasses after people come over because it doesn't do a very good job of cleaning the dishes that I actually use. I really did expect better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this dishwasher several days ago. Delivered and installed. So far, I'm loving it and better than previous dishwashers. Quiet and has all the features I'm looking for.

This dishwasher is very quiet compared to the unit it replaced. It also gets the dishes very clean with minimal rinsing required.

should have bought a different dishwasher. soap container does not open during wash, dishes do not dry, cheap plastic silverware holder was broken after a week.

There is nothing I like about this dishwasher. The top rack does not fit any dishes properly, everything is imbalanced except for a few glasses or mugs. The bottom rack has to have everything strategically placed or things don't fit. After running a wash cycle I ALWAYS find at least a few dishes that are not clean and it doesn't matter how full or light of a load it is or what wash cycle I run. The soap dispenser will only work with pod wash soap.
