As with any Demeyere cookware, this wok is durable and designed perfectly. The 7 ply construction heats up evenly all the way up the sides for even and quick cooking. The handle is comfortable. And since it is so large, the helper handle assists in distributing the weight.

This wok has Demeyere's 7 ply construction so the heat capability is phenomenal. You can use this on any heat surface, we have even used it on our BBQ for extra cooking space during the holidays. It's unique shape has a flat cooking surface and curved walls so it really can be used for anything.

A really well made wok, the 7 ply wok is very durable and heats up really well, great for retaining heat and not prone to warping. This Belgian made wok is a great addition to anyone’s kitchen that wants a reliable piece to use for years to come.

This is the ultimate wok! The 7 layer constuction of the base conducts heat fast and evenly without bulging. Browns and frys beautifully, crisps and steams. Made to last a life time this will become your favorite cooking vessel in your kitchen.

This Demeyere Wok is top of the line, made in Belgium quality. Nice flat bottom for even cooking, 7ply construction so heat is evenly distributed. Use it all the time for stir fry cooking. Professional results for the non-chef.

You can't beat Demeyere quality and construction. This is an amazing wok with its 7 ply construction including 3 layers of aluminum, a great heat conductor. The flat bottom works efficiently on any cooking surface, including induction. The tall sides allow you to push food up away from the heat sourse as they are cooked. The long handle and short helper handle are welded so there are no rivets to transfer heat and makes for easy clean up. The beautiful stainless steel design is the perfect serving piece too.
