If you are looking to invest in a wok that will last for many years to come, this is that wok. The 7 layers conduct heat quickly, retain the heat (important) and distribute the heat heaving and consistantly. Wok cooking is quick and you need a flat bottom that heats up evenly and retains that heat, while sending the heat up the sides. When you are stir-frying you are moving the contents of the pan around quickly, cooking on the flat bottom, and steam as it hits the sides. This produces a nice exterior as well as a cooked interior. Can't recommend this enough.

A stir-frying pan manufactued from high-quality stainless steel! This stainless steel pan is a quick-release food, yes it is not a non-stick, however, cooking with wok is effortless with the use of fat and oil! An excellent stir-frying pan, sauteing pan, and can also works for deep frying, a perfect pan. Its superior flat-base stays flat, it will not warp, handle is stay-cool, and easy to maneuver transitioning food to a plate. Highly recommended handwashing, preventing from the dishwasher's detergent abrasiveness and from any damage-causing from bumping into hard and pointy stuff during the wash. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a stainless steel cream cleanser such as Bar Keeper's friend with the sponge to remove food residue. Works on all stovetop including induction and oven safe!

Not Your Grandmother's Wok

The construction of this wok makes all the difference. It features seven layers of heat-friendly metals, making it heat faster, heat more evenly and hold heat more steady than conventional woks. When you want to sear at high heat quickly, nothing is better. When you want to simmer at lower temp, this does it. It does everything you ask of it, and it does it well. It is on the heavier side, but it comes with a multi-ply pan.
Dishwasher safe, but to keep that brand new look, hand wash. It is easy. Just a little powdered cleanser and a non-abrasive sponge.

You won't be disappointed with this amazing stainless steel wok! The thick layer of stainless steel construction ensures incredible durability for a lifetime of use. It can take high smoke point oils, perfect for stir fry and other worldly dishes. It is a fantastic weight and is easily kept shiny and looking like new with a quick clean using Bar Keeper's Friend.

Seven-ply base heats quickly and evenly for stir frying. Sloped sides allow you to toss and mix food items for use as a great pasta pan. Heat retention makes pan perfect for deep frying. Large rivetless handles eliminate debris buildup inside pan. Cleans up easily.

Great wok!

I do a lot of stir fry and want to use a safe cookware. This wok is perfect, I can even fry eggs without sticking issues. Just follow the instructions to heat up the wok and then add oil. Clean up is a breeze as there is no rivet, and it is light weighted. I have been using it every other day for a year now and it still looks like new. It is pricey but well worth it. Would definitely recommend it!
