The kettle was well packed and was received with no damage. The only flaw is that the on/off contact is not under the symbol. It is about a quarter of an inch down and to the right. The kettle is very quick to heat the water. I would buy it again.

We love this kettle!! It heats water to the perfect temperature very quickly. I’ve been thinking “Where has THIS been all my life?” You won’t regret this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like most is the fact that there isn't any plastic touching the water while being heated. Other than that, the multiple heating presets (including one for baby food and one to keep contents warm), and the exterior being cool to the touch while contents are heated; this electric kettle is a great choice!

Outstanding kettle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best kettles I have seen. It heats very quickly, but does not sound very loud, even when boiling. The outside of the kettle is well-insulated meaning that it is impossible to burn yourself! As a bonus, it means that the water stays warm for hours after boiling.
