I have osteoarthritis in my knees. After opting for stem cell injections over knee replacement surgery, this trainer has been very helpful in regaining leg strength and improving mobility. Alternating between elliptical and bike is making a difference in my physical therapy.

I use this trainer mainly for cardio fitness and muscle fitness. It's great for that but the console is nearly useless! It has eight settings for both functions, which change the resistance but the tilt of the tablet shelf makes it virtually unusable for short people, and impossible to use in cycling mode. The speaker requires a jack but the sound is still lower and inferior to my personal devices. I have yet to see the display "cycle through" the metrics and finally an iFit subscription is NECESSARY to obtain any meaningful metrics from this trainer.

Cons: Console doesn't tilt
