Terrible product it was broken out of box And took a month to fix because I didn't know how to take apart and replace parts. They need to send tech on new purchases instead of asking customer to do the work. I wish I had my money back

I am an older female with some minor health issues who is trying to stay active and remain fit. My family history includes arthritis and heart disease. Currently, I do not have any issues with my heart; however, I do have some arthritis in my knee. I use my machine at least 3 times a week (sometime more). If I am using the bike, I ride for at least an hour. If I am using the elliptical, I will usually stay on 30 - 45 minutes depending on how my knee feels.

Well made. It has no problem with me at 205lbs. I had to trouble shoot the unit. After three fixes, it works. The tech guys sent three replacement parts. Reed switch, new console, wiring harness. The wiring harness was the last fix, but it worked. The unit seemed to stall when pedaling the recumbent bike, when the foot pedals were even. Not the easiest to use for my wife.
