Support has been slow to correct issue with the Pulse Sensor

I have COPD and chose this machine to help me with endurance and strength. I am more than satisfied at this time. My only complaint is the Pulse Sensors will not stay in place. Support has yet to deal with the solution. Hopefully this will be corrected in the near future.
