Love the conbo unit..this way i get both products. The bike does take some getting used to as it feels different than recumbent bikes I have used. It is an easier feel on my knees though. I had arthroscopic surgery 2 years ago and it does feel smooth. Love the elliptical. I have wanted one for awhile and perform delivers a solid home unit that is functional and easy to use. It is a little wobbly but that's probably because I am used to solid gym unites so for home use they are lighterweight. Loving it so far....

I use this trainer mainly for cardio fitness and muscle fitness. It's great for that but the console is nearly useless! It has eight settings for both functions, which change the resistance but the tilt of the tablet shelf makes it virtually unusable for short people, and impossible to use in cycling mode. The speaker requires a jack but the sound is still lower and inferior to my personal devices. I have yet to see the display "cycle through" the metrics and finally an iFit subscription is NECESSARY to obtain any meaningful metrics from this trainer.
