I use the Hybrid Trainer every morning throughout the week. Recently experienced a popping sound when using & contacted the company & they mailed the part they thought was causing the problem. They sent a repair tech out to install the part, but he discovered it was a bad bearing (not the part that was mailed) & he had one with him & he installed it & the noise went away.
