Am using it probably 5 times a week for 20-30 min. I'm 65 and have health issues so am starting easy which is all I can do at this point. I do have an issue of foot pain at the position when using the bike, but that's probably me.

It's sturdy. The instructions were clear. The parts are labeled and the screws/bolts etc. are segregated and labeled clearly. Be sure to use grease/lubricant on the moving parts as it's being assembled to avoid unnecessary noitwhen using it. It was easy to assemble it without any help just don't get in a hurry. My wife and I live it. I already have a Proform treadmill, my second treadmill actually. The first one lasted ten years with both my wife and I using it a lot. Proform has the best product for the money and a great online price.

I got this because I found my physical condition deteriorating as winter set in and outdoor activities ceased. I NEED this to stop my slide and build up my system. I am 73 years old and can not afford to let my health get worse. I set this up in my dining area right outside the downstairs bathroom. NO excuses for missing a workout. I am starting slow but I hope to make up for lost time. The heart rate monitor can not get good conductivity because my skin is so dry. I like the display and all the information it gives me. It is great to have REAL numbers to measure by and work toward. So far, so good. Now to keep it up !!

This was a great value. It is sturdy, smooth and easy to use. There were other reviews that said it was very hard to put together, but I disagree. I am by no means mechanically inclined, but I had no problem with assembly.

I noticed that the rear crank arms (Part # 24) were rusty during assembly, I put generous amount of provided grease and completed the assembly. The issue is that there is a squeaking noise that appears to come from the right crank arm after I have been on the machine about 0.5 mile and the noise will continue and becomes so annoying that I have to stop. Another issue is when I go in reverse direction, the flywheel makes clicking noise as if there is a bad clutch. This was communicated to Proform service department . I am waiting for response and advice. Will not recommend this to anyone until I get a satisfactory resolution
