The machine takes up space and doesn't fold away. One dedicates floor space to the machine. The screen is not backlit, which has proven to be a frustration. One of the primary movement joints' bolts keeps coming loose and falling out. The conversation from recumbent bike to elliptical training is very smooth and easy. One's feet slide off the pedals, however, in the recumbent bike position. All in all, it's a reasonable machine for cardio workout, but for the bolt falling out. But we are not "wowed" by it.
Pros: Quiet, Sturdy Base
Cons: Bolts falling out, Hard To Store, Wobbles Under Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The strides on this machines are short and the elliptical is noisy. After we bought this we didn't assemble it for sometime, once we assembled it, noticed that it is wobbly and the strides are short. The registration/support process required an additional step before I could get help. By the time I got a chance to finally do this, the 90 day period was over. The equipment is a show piece now and sits in our house. Wasted money and effort with this junk!

Have no issue with performance of the cross trainer just dealing with iFit to get the Heart monitor that comes free with a year to ifit. It's has been a headache dealing with ifit. I would not advise anybody to purchase the iFit software

The Ifit app cannot find my machine and when I press the bluetooth button on the equipment nothing happens and I keep getting an error message. I wish this feature worked. I will have to look further into it. It has nothing to do, however, with the quality of the hybrid trainer. I really like it. I am preparing for a 5K and am not much of a runner.

I was very excited to connect the bluetooth capabilities to I-Fit. I was able to accomplish this, but my expectations were not met completely. Resistance does not change with elevation on map based workouts, and only in 1 workout series does resistance change with the workout. I was very disappointed by this. The machine works well, quiet, and sturdy.
