just bought and its not working if i knew this i would not have purchase. Now i have to wait until a part comes and not to mention when i get it i have to figure out how to fix on my own . no one to come and fix

The product came on time as advertised. A washer was broken in the box and it took several times contacting the manufacturer before it was sent out. I could not use the machine for the first 4 weeks of having it. It took 5 calls before it was shipped 3 weeks later. The manufacturer said it was on back order but once I threatened to ship the machine back, they had it.

It arrived broken inside of the base and I haven't been able to use it at all because of the horrible noise that it makes. I've contacted the warranty company several times with NO response. Needless to say, I am returning the product.
