Terrible product. Only used a few times before it started creaking and getting noisy. It conveniently waited till the 90 day warranty was up before getting noisy. Do not buy this product.

I like the product, I was using it as an elliptical or bike up to three times per day. I was very frustrated when it broke in just over a month. I have called and replacement bearings are on there way.

Worked for about 5 minutes and then started making noise. After extremely long wait to get through to Customer Service, was told I needed to buy the special tool to remove the pedals to tear it apart to diagnose problem!! If it is needed to tear it apart, include it in the box. Was doing an online chat and at straight up 6 PM , I was disconnected!!! Had been on hold for an hour on the phone and it kept saying wait was in excess of 9 minutes!! After 55 minutes on hold, it hung up at 6PM too!!! No way to leave a phone number for a call back or anything! Called on a Saturday at 11:00 and the on hold message said would be more than one minute, after 25 minutes the message changed to you will be on hold in excess of 9 minutes AGAIN!!! After about 50 minutes a pleasant lady answered and said she would have the parts shipped out to me within 7-10 days and she placed a service call to your repair person. The day of the appointment came and I had to cancel as I had STILL NOT received the needed parts!! I called back and was informed that after all this time waiting that the parts weren't even available!! This service person put in a request to ge the part. Late Friday afternoon, I finally got confirmation that the parts had been shipped. I will attempt to reconnect with the service person to schedule the needed repairs. We will see how that goes and what we find upon complete disassembly. So far, we have not been able to use the equipment and the response time of your "customer service" department has been less than acceptable. I hope that this can all be rectified in the next fews days and that the part actually shows up. You may have a fine product but your support is horrible!!
