Dented Fridge

I ordered this fridge in November 2020 and it was received in January 2021 after much delay in receiving a firm delivery date. Bestbuy provided several excuses for delay including that I lived in a remote area (I do not) so delivery carriers were scarce. When it finally arrived the fridge had a huge dent on the door. I alerted BB of this on Jan 31, 2021 and nearing March I have yet to have the fridge exchanged. Terrible service all around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worst refrigerator ever

bought this 10/2016
broke 1 month later.
every shelf on the door has broken in pieces. the large deli drawer wheels have broken off.
the ice cube make keeps freezing up. the ice cubes are all melted together when the ice maker work. the display chimes on and off periodically for no reason. they changed my board to fix this but it still does it after 2 other repair. the bottom freezer is great, although items can slide in behind and you have to take all the drawers out to get at the items.

Had this product before fore 10 years. until the City hall Cartel had to change the
electrical meter!
The surge killed the fridge!
Hope that this one has a longer life. it does the job shofar. very nice!

Plugged fridge in after being delivered and it wouldn’t get cold/freeze. Called manufacturer but they just give you the usual tips to try that are in the manual anyway. Samsung rep was polite, but I’m assuming it was someone in Mexico as that is where it’s manufactured and she was hard to understand. Best Buy was quite good about offering a replacement fridge, but we’re going with another brand. Good looking fridge, just didn’t work.

So many repairs

Ice maker broke, then flooding in crisper. defrost not working and fridge wont stay cold. technician told us we would be better off replacing. Do your research and avoid samsung like the plague
