Awesome New Fridge

Just bought this fridge from Black Friday and Just got it delievered yesterday.
Very easy to put together and VERY bright compared to old fridge.
Ice and water work as expected (ice took about 18 hours before it settled/worked).
I wish i could give this 4.5 but it seems it wont let me.. My only "dislike" its a little bit louder then our previous fridge. Its defentily not a deal breaker though
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't buy Samsung Refrigerators

Search Google / Youtube for videos about the drain / freezing issue. This is a design defect affecting many Samsung models. Essentially the drain in the back panel of the refrigerator doesn't work well causing water and ice to build up preventing the cooling parts from doing their job effectively. My entire back panel was covered in solid ice which prevented the fans from circulating air - my fridge was stuck at 10C - well above the safe temp of 4C resulting in food spoiling.

DO NOT BUY Samsung Fridge with icemaker

The icemakers in MANY Samsung fridges freeze up due to condensation buildup inside. Service bulletin going back to 2017 outline an expensive & ineffective repair. Samsung refuses to help owners of this product in spite of an going class action law suit against Samsung.

Fridge came broken. Doesnt cool off. water doesn't work. Call the delivery company and best buy . They tell me I have to wait 5 to 7 business days before anyone will tell me what to do next. I have no fridge now haven't since last week. Call best buy again today and they tell me basically nothing they can do till at the earliest next week. Ridiculous. No solution. Just sorry you have to wait. So angry.

Biggest waste of money you can spend

Freeze. Thaw. Freeze repeat weekly. Expect this to drive you bonkers every week. There's a class action lawsuit on these fridges for the compressor freezing solid into a block of ice. Customer support is a terrible joke to say the least. Fan freezes too incase you were wondering what the horrible rattling sound coming from the wall is, but you'll hear it like you broke a drive shaft on the highway when you open the door.
Water dispenser reservoir shattered because everything froze, and you can't buy the plastic bottle nope. whole unit costs ridiculous amounts.
Save yourself the headache, I didn't. learn from me. Stay stupid clear from this fridge and invest in something else. Samsung used to be good, then they care only about appearance.

Bought the fridge 3.5 years ago problem with the cooling fan had to be replaced twice finally last week freezer stopped working
