I bought this right before Christmas and it was a huge hit!! No longer have to go to special places for this awesome ice. It’s so good and easy to make! Little upkeep!!

Poorly Written Instructions: no ice

I followed every step of the very sparse instructions and all I get is an "add water" light. The troubleshooting instructions both in the printed materials provided and on this website are pretty useless. I can't believe I spent this much money for a paperweight.

Great product and great service

I just received mine and my family loves it had a issue with pump but support got another on its way and the nugget ice is amazing they were great to deal with and will probably do more business with newair in the future great product and great service

Loud abnormal noise!

Received my unit 1 day ago, produced some ice then the unit started making an abnormal sound. I understand the unit will make some noise when producing ice, but this sound is definitely NOT normal. It's like a ghost going wwwhhhaaaaa. I can upload a video, however there's no option for it. Only been 1 day, imagine having it for longer. Yikes!

Bad quality

Had to return. Loud and jams up, making terrible squealing sound. Had to unplug and reset. Happened over and over. Terrible quality.

Very Quite Operation, Great Ice

I purchased this unit in October. The unit was quitter that stated in other posts/reviews. Very minimal sound. It makes a good amount of Ice pretty quickly. My wife loves it!
