Great Ice Maker!!

The NewAir Countertop Nugget Ice Maker is very easy to install and set up upon receiving it. Within minutes we had the "Good Ice" everyone was craving! This ice maker is the perfect size for your counter top. We use it daily, all day long here in our employee breakroom. We have had many ice makers and the ice this unit puts out is adequate and totally enjoyed by all.!

Sad day

Absolutely love the ice maker especially when it works. After the 4th ice maker we gave up. It was a sad day to pack it up. The company is great to work with. Sadly we are saying farewell to our beloved sonic ice. The company had been so great to us we are ordering a different model. Fingers crossed!!! The next one is a winner.

Was broken from the start

Just received yesterday as a gift and I was SUPER excited. Followed the directions to a T and was immediately met with a puddle of water on my floor and counter. The fill nozzle was completely broken off from the fill tube. Not to mention that the actual fill nozzle was broken during production and just super glued into place. What craftsmanship!!!! Oh the cooling condenser fins were all bent to heck during production as well.

Poor QC

Received this ice maker as a Christmas gift. Got home and set it up and turn it on, makes a lot of noise but never pumps any water out of the tank and then stops making noise and the add water light comes on. Received from my grandparents and feel bad that they spent a lot on a product that doe not work.

Love the ice but sensor already malfunctioning

Really excited to get it and and it was easy to set up. Nugget ice is amazing but the ice sensor was not functioning properly from the beginning. Trouble shooting tips to turn off and back only resolved temporarily. I have reached out to customer service and pending a resolution. Hopefully it is an easy fix! Just frustrating to have to deal with it right off the bat.

Great Ice

I had an opal before my newair ice machine. This machine makes more ice in a day and is more consistent. Makes ice similar to hospital or sonic ice. Easy to clean and maintain. Definitely recommend this machine for those ice lovers out there!
