The perfect machine for your countertop. After about a year, I noticed it was slower at making ice, but with New Air customer service, I was able to get a replacement machine. I have recommended this model because the price was much cheaper than it's competition and they are quite pleased with the purchase as well. Totally worth the price!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 2nd unit. The first one worked about 2 weeks and this one about 2 1/2 months. I contacted customer service and Charles answered my email. He has been very helpful and provided very professional service! Great job!

We love Sonic ice, but our old ice machine that went out made the cubed ice, but the Newair Ice Machine makes ice that is so close to Sonic ice it is amazing. We love it and it is so easy to operate

Absolutely love the ice maker especially when it works. After the 4th ice maker we gave up. It was a sad day to pack it up. The company is great to work with. Sadly we are saying farewell to our beloved sonic ice. The company had been so great to us we are ordering a different model. Fingers crossed!!! The next one is a winner.

This ice maker is exactly what I was looking for. It makes a large batch of ice with just one fill of water. My friends and family enjoy the nuggets, too. If you are looking for good ice nuggets, similar to what a hospital has, this is for you!
