I followed every step of the very sparse instructions and all I get is an "add water" light. The troubleshooting instructions both in the printed materials provided and on this website are pretty useless. I can't believe I spent this much money for a paperweight.

Great little machine makes a ton of ice the wife will run it a bit and bag up a few bags of ice for the freezer and turn it off. The nugget ice maker is exactly what she wanted.

We love our icemaker

We received great support the two times we have had to contact NewAir about our Ice Maker. The first one came, and it was bent in places that would prevent it from working correctly and that happened with the shipping carrier. I contacted NewAir and they did not hesitate with a replacement & immediately had it picked up and a new one shipped to us. Today I contacted NewAir again, our machine stopped working while under warranty and without missing a beat, they started the return process, and I am very satisfied with the representatives who assisted me each time and I can say that NewAir stands behind their products with 100% satisfaction with each customer and product they sell. We truly enjoy our ice maker, we use it all the time. It is very simple to operate, too clean, & it is my favorite appliance & anytime someone comes over they ask if they can have something to drink with the Good ice! We love it & miss it right now. We can't wait to get the replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have the NewAir Countertop Nugget Ice Maker (NIM040SS00). It's hard for me to gauge sizes when buying online and I was a bit worried at first but this ice maker is great. It fits below my upper cabinets and is fairly slim in width as well. We read through the instructions and followed setup steps (which were very minimal). Then we added water and had perfect nugget ice fast! It worked especially well when we had a party recently and were able to have enough ice for everyone's drinks! Overall, slim (and tall) design. The stainless steel looks great in any setting. While you can hear the ice maker, it's not too overpowering. Love this ice maker and has been working great! We've been using daily for almost two weeks now with no issues. I wish we would have had this several years ago when I was pregnant and wanted to eat ice all day long!
