Lovely When It Works -- Great Customer Service

We used our unit for about 7 months, and one day, after the 5 minute warm-up when it pumps water through the unit, both LEDs on the front began flashing, indicating an ice jam, and the unit wouldn't make ice anymore. No amount of unplugging, allowing to defrost, etc caused the error condition to clear. Fortunately, Newair's customer service is excellent, and Melissa helped me easily walk through the replacement of my unit, and even waived the shipping cost. Thanks Melissa! I'm happy enough with the quality of the ice that I'll happily keep getting them replaced under warranty if they bomb. Hopefully one doesn't break after the warranty!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nugget ice machine

When the ice bucket is full, it will just melt. It will not start after ice melts down. It has to constantly be restarted. I love the ice though. I would not buy again. I'd get an opal ice machine next time.

bought ice machine October 2020 love it makes the best nugget ice, and lots of it about 2 weeks ago started making ice slow and not enough, got a hold of customer service and they are taking care of it, newair is a great company would highly recommend them and the ice nugget ice machine.

I love this machine. It fits nicely on my counter and makes the best ice ever. It makes ice quickly after being turned on. I was worried because I had read reviews that takes about how loud it was, but I would disagree with it. The noise is not bad especially for the satisfying ice. Also the costumer service of newair is so good to work with. i would string recommend this ice machine to anyone.

I bought it a month ago and my family of 5 athletes love it. Unfortunately it started to not finish the ice making cycle and I contacted customer service and spoke to Ingrid, who was amazing and was able to help me. I will be receiving a new unit soon and can't wait to continue our love affair with the nugget ice maker. We understand that things sometimes don't work and that's okay this product is amazing and customer support was the best hassle free experience. Will definitely recommend and buy again.
