Was broken from the start

Just received yesterday as a gift and I was SUPER excited. Followed the directions to a T and was immediately met with a puddle of water on my floor and counter. The fill nozzle was completely broken off from the fill tube. Not to mention that the actual fill nozzle was broken during production and just super glued into place. What craftsmanship!!!! Oh the cooling condenser fins were all bent to heck during production as well.

Great Customer Service

I bought the nugget ice maker a few months ago and less than 2 months in started having issues with it. I contacted customer service, described my issue and they were quickly able to diagnos the problem and resolve the issue. It meant a brand new machine needed to be shipped to me, but it was quick. I thought I was going to have to pay shipping for the new machine and the return of the old machine, but not the case, they waived the shipping costs. Overall, we are happy with our ice maker, but really appreciate the great customer service.

When Your FREEZER icemaker Can't Keep Up....

This is one of the best small appliances that meet the needs of a very active family of five. With kids in sports (ice hockey) and everyone demanding ice for their refillable bottles, the impact on our refrigerator/freezer with ice maker was negative. The freezer could not keep up with the demand and does not. So, this NewAir Countertop Nugget Ice Maker is the answer. We put it on our countertop, added water, and let it go to work. I want to say it's about 12 minutes from the time the water enters to the first batch of these cute, crunchy, and chewable ice nuggets appear. The kids love them. We've even made slushies with them without turning on the blender! Holiday perfect, and the ice is tasty, no plastic taste, refreshing, and great for munching on (if you are into that which I am!). Really a fantastic appliance and one we will use for years to come! Parties, water bottles, summer, sports, etc! Plug it in. Rinse out the basket (before first use), allow the first few batches to be tossed out (when you use it for the first time) and then, let the ice-making begin! Enjoy by the mouthful or the cupful!

My wife love the nugget ice

It works well. We love the small nuggets. Unfortunately ours stopped working after eight months. I contacted Melissa Wagner and she was very helpful. They have great customer service. She was very patient and helpful.

Two machines no ice

Two ice makers neither one worked, First one came broken and second one ran for six hours not one piece of ice. Customer service was very cooperative and willing to replace the ice makers but I'm going to get refund because I don't feel the unit will last based on what I've seen up to this point.
