We use the product daily! The ice made is perfect and everyone in our household loves it! It's an ever bigger hit with our guests! Also have to give a huge shoutout to Anthony on the support team for helping us out tremendously!

Perfect size

I've been using this ice maker for about a week and love it so far. I was worried it was going to be heavy and bulky but it was just the opposite! It fits perfect on my counter, underneath the cabinets and is not heavy at all. Easy to move. Also, the style fits in perfect with my other appliances. The actual machine makes ice in less than an hour and the ice stays available for about two hours after. Love that! Especially in the mornings when I wake up, I can just turn on the machine and by the time I am done getting ready, the ice is ready to be used. Couldn't have been happier with this product. I live in an apartment so having a personal ice maker is perfect for my living situation.

I was 100% satisfied with the product when it first arrived. However, it stopped working within 90 days. I contacted New Air customer service support and they are sending a replacement. I'm excited to get the replacement as I loved the product when it was working! Customer service was quick and easy to work with!

Perfect Crunch-able Ice & Great Customer Service

I bought this for my wife about 2 months ago as she loves crunching on ice all day. She loves Sonic ice and as I started googling ice makers that produce something similar this caught my eye. The ice maker quickly pumps out ice though is a bit on the noisier side of things. About 6 weeks in the ice maker suddenly would freeze up and wouldn't complete the cycle. I called customer service and they were very helpful and acknowledged that a few of the early production units may have a problem like this and promptly replaced my ice maker. The new one is working great and we have plenty of ice now. I certainly would recommend this ice maker to others.
