Two ice makers neither one worked, First one came broken and second one ran for six hours not one piece of ice. Customer service was very cooperative and willing to replace the ice makers but I’m going to get refund because I don’t feel the unit will last based on what I’ve seen up to this point.

I recently bought this thinking it would be the equivalent of a more recognized brand, but after plugging it in and filling with water, the machine will just cycle water without stopping for about 5 minutes. After that it kicks off and the ice full light comes on. Never makes ice. Maybe wait and buy the next model.

Great compact ice maker that makes ice fast!

We turn it on every morning and the bucket fills up with ice in less than an hour. The Nugget Ice maker is perfect for Cocktails, ice coffee, blended protein shakes and just about anything! The ice doesn't melt as fast and keeps your drinks cool for longer!
Looks sleek in our kitchen and takes up as much space as a blender! A must have :)

We Love the Good Ice!!!

In our home, with a family of 7, we go through a LOT of ice! We love the NewAir Countertop Nugget Ice Maker and how much ice it makes! It's easy to set up and is constantly producing ice to keep the tray inside filled. I love how quickly it started producing ice when we filled it up with water! Plus, it has a nice design that fits easily on our kitchen counter and looks good with the rest of the appliances in our kitchen. The fact that it's well insulated keeps the ice ready to enjoy all day long and that is a definite plus. Just start it up in the morning and you'll have ice all day long for everyone in your family. We love the NewAir brand and highly recommend this product!

I purchased this really cool Ice Maker for my Wife and she was more than excited about this item especially since she’s the ice crushing Queen.
Though we had a slight malfunction with the machine, Ms. Liz was extremely helpful in making sure that everything was corrected and we would receive a new model once they begin shipping out.
I will definitely recommend this item to others.

Makes Ice FAST!

I received my nugget ice maker about a week ago and LOVE it! It makes ice under 10 mins. It fits in perfectly on my counter under the cabinets and the beautiful stainless steel finish matches everything in our kitchen. My one and only negative comment is that it's a little on the loud side, but I can totally over look that for how awesome the machine is.

I am thrilled with this ice maker. It's super user friendly, perfect for hosting parties, and simple enough for daily use. It fits great on my counter top and easily fits into a bottom cabinet should I decide to store it!

Perfect size, perfect crunchy ice!

I am sooooo pleased with my nugget maker. I used to purchase nugget ice from the store and it would end up becoming a huge iceberg, now I am able to make it from home without having to go into huge debt to get a nugget ice maker. It’s the perfect size for my countertops, and it makes ice super fast!
