We have loved our ice maker. I put it on the counter in my pantry and that way I can close the door while it's running to help with the noise. Unfortunately our ice maker stopped working 8 months after we started using it. Customer service was great. Gabby arranged to have a replacement out to us. Can't wait to keep enjoying the awesome ice & Convenience this machine brings our family.

I Received this ice maker from my kids at Christmas. Everyone loves the perfect nugget ice that it produces in a very short time frame. I had an issue with my unit and they resolved it quickly and replaced the faulty unit.

The ice maker is easy to use and makes the ice quickly. The size of the ice is very similar to the ice used at Chick-fil-la. Had an issue with issue the ice maker called their customer service and they quickly resolved our issue. Thank you Elizabeth for your assistance. I would highly recommend this ice maker.

I had an opal before my newair ice machine. This machine makes more ice in a day and is more consistent. Makes ice similar to hospital or sonic ice. Easy to clean and maintain. Definitely recommend this machine for those ice lovers out there!

I used this product every day for quite a bit. No issues and Made the best ice super fast bit making much noise. Couldn't recommend this enough. In the small issue I had the great customer service made up for it. Couldn't recommend it enough
