Received my unit 1 day ago, produced some ice then the unit started making an abnormal sound. I understand the unit will make some noise when producing ice, but this sound is definitely NOT normal. It's like a ghost going wwwhhhaaaaa. I can upload a video, however there's no option for it. Only been 1 day, imagine having it for longer. Yikes!

I purchased this product almost a year ago, and it has worked just like it was advertised. I love the "good ice" and I have had plenty of it. Recently, it had a problem and I contacted customer service and they have been remarkable to work with! They were ready, willing and able to help me even though it was the Christmas holidays! What more could you ask for! I certainly suggest this machine for purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!
