My wife always talks about the "hospital ice" which she wants to chew. I never knew what she was talking about until I saw this sweet machine on the New Air website. Let's just say it made my wife's holiday season when she opened this up on Christmas! My 8 year old son leads the engineering on it, and the whole family is enjoying the ice. There is more than enough each day for our family of five, and it easily fits on our countertop under the cabinets. Thank you!!!

I recently bought this thinking it would be the equivalent of a more recognized brand, but after plugging it in and filling with water, the machine will just cycle water without stopping for about 5 minutes. After that it kicks off and the ice full light comes on. Never makes ice. Maybe wait and buy the next model.

I like how fast the ice maker produces ice. I like that it sits on my counter top. Our customer service representative, Becky, was totally awesome! She was very clear in her communications as to what she needed from us regarding getting our warranty service. She responded very quickly to our emails and took care of the warranty issue. She was very pleasant and polite to deal with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a Christmas present for my family. My teenage girls always raved about the nugget ice at certain restaurants compared to others. I saw this and thought it would be perfect. It is simple to operate, no hassle. We actually took it with us for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. It is a little louder than I would hope, but I don't think you can make a quiet nugget ice maker.

I purchased this really cool Ice Maker for my Wife and she was more than excited about this item especially since she's the ice crushing Queen. Though we had a slight malfunction with the machine, Ms. Liz was extremely helpful in making sure that everything was corrected and we would receive a new model once they begin shipping out. I received this nugget ice maker and first lets talk about shipping it was fast and packaged well. The ice maker was easy to set up with no fuss. It's compact, slim and we love the stainless steel look in our kitchen. The unit produces ice very fast so if your having a gathering or small party this is the unit for you. I love that crunchy ice that's usually at hospitals and this one makes the same exact kind. The kids and I love it!! This unit is not loud like most ice makers but you do hear it. The only con is that I wish I would have had this sooner. It's a great product hands down.

We purchased the Newair Nugget Ice Maker. Loved the ice and served our purpose to a T. About 6 months in it developed a leak. We contacted Customer Service and they told us the would replace it since it was still under warranty. It was an easy and simple process. Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend Newair!
