We are about to get our third unit in three months. We bought one on Christmas Eve that arrived broken. That happens sometimes. The replacement only worked a few times and then the sensor failed. Hoping the third one works out. The customer service to replace these units has been great. The ice was good the few times we could get it.

The best ice ever!

We loved our nugget ice maker and the size was moderate for our kitchen countertop. The unit did break on us after about 9 months. Since it has been out we have purchased ice from other places and tried to make our own, but NOTHING compares to this ice! We contacted Newair and unfortunately they were out of stock but offered to issue us a full refund. We love the unit so much and enjoy the ice that it makes that I said we would just wait for a new unit to be available. Hopefully we will get the new one and our family will be back up and enjoying it once again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
