I have been trying out the nugget ice maker for a couple of weeks now and while we do love it, it took several rounds of making ice to get a clean batch with no black particles in it. I'm thinking it might be from the filter? Anyways, ever since we got it working right we do love it. It is very loud but we only run it about once a week since it's been so cold outside. It will come in handy in the summer time.

I love this ice maker!

Got it back in March and use it all the time. The ice is perfect. It has everything you need in order to make great ice. The scoop is great for getting all of the ice and not making a mess. Also if you are like me and like to have some extra laying around reusable freezer bags hold it well and make having your own supply of the best ice around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved how fast the machine produced ice! It unfortunately did not continue to produce ice after the bin had melted. The ice had an excellent crunch! Nugget ice is the best! I just wish it was cleaner. The customer service has been exceptional, very friendly and caring.

Do cry over spilled water!

When the machine is initiated water should start circulating from the top. If water is not flowing you might have a leaky line so be on the look out first time you fire or should I say ice it up!

I received my nugget ice maker about a week ago and LOVE it! It makes ice under 10 mins. It fits in perfectly on my counter under the cabinets and the beautiful stainless steel finish matches everything in our kitchen. My one and only negative comment is that it's a little on the loud side, but I can totally over look that for how awesome the machine is.
