I've always been obsessed with this particular ice. I like to call it the "good ice" haha! I like to chew on ice but I know it's terrible for my teeth! But when I can get the nugget ice, I'm able to chew without feeling like I'm hurting my teeth! Now, i have my own nugget ice maker and it's fantastic. It makes a ton of ice each day...Plenty enough for my family of 5. And I really love how compact it is. I don't have a ton of counter space so I can't have something that takes up too much space. This fits my families needs perfectly! I love having "the good ice" every day now :)

I've had this Ice Maker for several months now. It has saved me so much money in the long run I used to make multiple trips to my local Sonic restaurant just so I could enjoy their ice cubes. I have anemia so I'm constantly chewing on ice and this machine produces the perfect size, texture and a large quantity throughout the day. It's personally one of the best purchases I've ever made. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for the perfect at home ice machine.

Had to return. Loud and jams up, making terrible squealing sound. Had to unplug and reset. Happened over and over. Terrible quality.

Love the ice but sensor already malfunctioning

Really excited to get it and and it was easy to set up. Nugget ice is amazing but the ice sensor was not functioning properly from the beginning. Trouble shooting tips to turn off and back only resolved temporarily. I have reached out to customer service and pending a resolution. Hopefully it is an easy fix! Just frustrating to have to deal with it right off the bat.
